Oh Canada

I get to go to Canada! I think. I hope. I'm gonna visit my friend TJ and we're gonna see a real live hockey game! I can't wait. Unfortunately I have to. Until the end of December. No fair! I may be running in P.F. Changs Rock 'N Roll Arizona Half-Marathon too. We'll see though. Right now I can't even finish a 30min easy run. My back is killing me. I did get some new running shoes to help though. Supposedly they are pretty good too. I have to wait to see for myself. They are so drastically different from what I am used to that I have to get a similar pair of the cross-training persuasion just to get my feet used to having arch supports. I have to take the next few days off anyway to let my shinsplints heal a bit. I just wanna get out there and have a good run. Soon though. Oh to be traveling again!
